Popakademie alumna honored with Female* Producer Prize

Sony Music and Music Women* Germany have announced their ten winners for this year's Female* Producer Prize. The award, which aims to promote and give visibility to female and non-binary producers, will be awarded in two categories for the first time this year - “Producer” and “Self-Producing Artist”.
Popakademie alumna Philo Tsoungui, together with five other artists, received the award in the Self-Producing Artists category. She studied at the Popakademie Baden-Württemberg in the Master's program Popular Music M.A. with a major in drums and a focus on Performing Artist. The Female* Producer Award, which was initiated by Jovanka von Wilsdorf in 2022 and is now presented annually, recognizes female artists who make a significant contribution to the music industry through their work.We congratulate Philo on this success!Here you can find more information about the Female* Producer Prize.
