Nominations 1live Krone 2024

The 1Live Krone has been awarded every year since 2000. This year, pop academy student Soffie and former band pool act Provinz have been nominated. Soffie, who is enrolled in the Popular Music Master's program and met her manager Chiara Müller (student in the Music and Creative Industries Master's program) during her studies, is nominated in the “Best Alternative Song” category.
Paula Hartmann, managed by alumna Lisa Ruetz (M.A. Music and Creative Industries), can also look forward to a nomination in the categories “Best Female Artist” and “Best Alternative Song”.A third nomination with a Popakademie connection goes to Provinz. The band is in the running in the “Best Live Act” category. From 2018 to 2019, they were part of the 20th generation of the Bandpool, the Popakademie's own top support program for bands and solo acts.
The prize has been decided by a vote by the audience for 24 years. The voting process runs until December 4th. The award ceremony will then take place on December 5 in Bielefeld.
