New semester, new opportunities: the summer semester starts at the Popakade

Students in their second, fourth and sixth semesters immerse themselves in fresh learning content, while for some the final stage of their academic journey begins: the Bachelor's or Master's thesis. Others gain valuable practical experience in internships or in the project workshop, while undergraduates deepen their knowledge with further courses.

But it's not just the curriculum that promises variety - the semester is packed with high-calibre events: Club 003, the Pop macht Schule final concert at the Capitol, the legendary Bandpool weekends, Work in Progress Clubs, the SONGS Finale in Stuttgart, exciting Popakademie Talks, the International Summercamp and much more.

The application phase for the winter semester is also currently underway. You have until 30 April to apply for the Bachelor's degree programmes Music Business, Pop Music Design and Global Music as well as the Master's degree programme Popular Music. The application deadline for the Master's Music and Creative Industries is 15 June.
