Rose Ann Dimalanta

Rose Ann Dimalanta, known as a US solo artist under the name of "rad." played with renowned professional musicians in the USA at the age of 17. She studied music at the University of Berkeley in California, became a professional keyboardist, singer and composer and toured worldwide as a bandleader with her own project "rad.", with which she released eight studio and live albums. With Prince she played in the "New Power Generation", had performances and recordings with famous artists like Beyoncé, Stevie Wonder, Sheryl Crow, Fred Wesley, Bobby Byrd, Maceo Parker, Sheila E., David Garibaldi, John Blackwell, Tower of Power etc.

Groove and rhythm are formative elements in her music. Rose Ann teaches worldwide whenever her time allows. She is a passionate lecturer who imparts her knowledge, her experience and her love for music in a practical and easily comprehensible way. Between teaching and motherhood, she also tours with the Carleen Anderson Soul Trio.
