Future Music Camp 2023: Schedule published

On May 25th and 26th 2023, the Future Music Camp of the Popakademie Baden-Württemberg will take place in Mannheim. Experts from the digital music and media industry will speak on the topic of "Creative Artificial Intelligence in the Music Business". The schedule is fixed, there are still a few places available.

This year, the Future Music Camp will focus on the impact of creative artificial intelligence on the marketing of music. Different aspects of the music industry will be highlighted. On May 25th and 26th the camp will open with musical contributions from Popakademie acts Clara John and Halli Kalli. In addition to the keynotes and sessions, the topic will also be highlighted in a practical way for participants: among other things, there will be an A.I. photo box, as well as A.I. supported networking and design elements.

The keynote program will open with an interview by David Stammer (Project Manager Digital Innovation and responsible for the FMC) with Dr. Julia Schneider (A.I. comic book author, economist and former A.I. consultant) on the topic of "A.I. and the next generation". National and international keynote speakers such as Julie Knibbe (Music Tomorrow, France), Valerio Velardo (The Sound of A.I),Julian Löwe and Nepomuk Kähler (Neubau Music), Prof. Dr. Hanno Fierdag (lawyer for music, copyright and media law), Ryan Rauscher (BMG), Hanna Lukashevich (Fraunhofer Institute) and Dr. Christine Bauer (University of Salzburg) will shed light on various aspects of A.I.. I. In addition, there will again be an extensive session program, including on the topic of YouTube Shorts for Artists by Dina Mönster (Artist Relations Manager, YouTube Music) or the Power of Fans by Sebastian Kròl (Founder, Fanklub), Playlist Pitching by Jörg Peters and Eleni Zafiriadoou (RecordJet) or also AI & Deepfakes in Music Production (Prof. Dr. Peter Knees, University of Vienna).

Participation in the Future Music Camp is free of charge, places are limited.
The event will take place in presence in Mannheim.
