We are very happy to welcome you in our house. The Popakademie Baden-Württemberg is a barrier-free building. The building has barrier-free access, the bus stop in front of the building is also barrier-free and therefore easy to reach by public transport. The Popakademie has a handicapped parking space, a handicapped accessible WC with a pull cord and emergency call switch, the doors are suitable for wheelchair users according to DIN18040 and can be operated by pushbuttons and are equipped with finger protection. A lift with Braille lettering and a stretcher are available in case of failure. In the house there are generous movement areas with turning possibilities and there are no thresholds. A pictorial description with common pictograms ensures easy orientation in the house. Ramps and fall protection are available for the stages. Music business students realize project with Bamboo Artists
As part of their Music Business BA degree at the Popakademie Baden-Württemberg, students Sophia Walter, Sina Mücke, Lisa Binnewies, and Maximilian Kitzberger took part in an exciting and practical project: together, they developed an innovative marketing strategy for the artist Ritter Lean, who is signed to Bamboo Artists. The aim of the collaboration was to develop strategies that would enable Ritter Lean to reach new target groups for his upcoming EP – deliberately going beyond traditional social media approaches. The project was led by Max Fellner (freelance product manager) and Popakademie graduate Isidora Eror (Bamboo Artists).

Popakademie celebrates the end of the summer semester
Before the students say goodbye for the summer break, there will be one more week of live music from July 21st to 24th 2025: the live exams of the summer semester will take place in the performance rooms of the Popakademie Baden-Württemberg. On Friday July 25th 2025 from 6.30 pm, the Popakademie will celebrate the end-of-semester concert at the Alte Feuerwache Mannheim.
