We are very happy to welcome you in our house. The Popakademie Baden-Württemberg is a barrier-free building. The building has barrier-free access, the bus stop in front of the building is also barrier-free and therefore easy to reach by public transport. The Popakademie has a handicapped parking space, a handicapped accessible WC with a pull cord and emergency call switch, the doors are suitable for wheelchair users according to DIN18040 and can be operated by pushbuttons and are equipped with finger protection. A lift with Braille lettering and a stretcher are available in case of failure. In the house there are generous movement areas with turning possibilities and there are no thresholds. A pictorial description with common pictograms ensures easy orientation in the house. Ramps and fall protection are available for the stages. Bandpool is looking for a new generation
The Bandpool is the Popakademie Baden-Württemberg's top support program that operates outside of the course offerings. Bands, solo artists and producers from all over Germany are coached and supported over 18 months during ten workshop weekends in Mannheim. The aim is to prepare them for their entry into the professional music business.

Popakademie alumnus new head of a.s.s. office in Düsseldorf
From now on, the a.s.s. concerts office in Düsseldorf will be managed by a dual leadership team. Nils Max now manages the team in NRW together with Sabrina Sapone, who was appointed location manager in June 2024.

Master's graduate becomes Head of A&R Dance International
Jost Kaiser has been appointed Head of A&R Dance International at Warner Chappell Music Germany (WCM) with immediate effect. The manager previously worked in WCM's A&R team and most recently at Stefan Dabruck Management.
